Votekick System

i made this cuz honust's system is broken. say in chat to open votekick menu: ";vk" OR ";votekick" OR ";vkick" OR ";votek" OR all previous messages with these one of these symbols instead of a semicolon: : ! / if a bird is kicked from a server 3 times, they will no longer be able to rejoin that server
