two weird helium canisters

I'm pretty new to programming! So this is pretty simple: just two rare helium canisters. I'll repeat just in case: Press F if you're on a PC, or press the “Squawk” button to inflate the balloons. Yellow canister: This one inflates tons of balloons with no cooldown, and you can make as many as you want! Orange canister: This one does have a cooldown, but it inflates a massive balloon—be careful, you might get blown away! Fun fact about the helium canisters: If you bring the balloon strings (or the tip of the bottle) close to an object or a player, it will attach to the balloons :)
