BIRD-V (overhaul upd)

big update, basically replaced the dumb giant neon block placeholder with actual model, alongside fixing up a train and adding homelander, will be adding more later originally made this to mess around in bird sandbox (short guide: touch the model and you get the powers, i didnt figure out how to make potions so for now your going to have to rely on touchinterests)
